  • This is a review about the app, not the service it provides. The app has been "glitchy" and has frozen a few times which is extremely annoying when trying to make a whole shopping order for the week. Ive also had 3 separate issues entering a promo code for money off an order, 3 different codes that were sent to my email specifically for me from instacart said that they were already claimed. Customer support through the chat was unable to help me with my issue. -$60 that the app ate...

  • Never a good experience. Multiple times my order is missing items or dropped off to a different house. The customer service agents are terrible to deal with. Took 2 hours and 4 different agents to finally get help last time . The fees are way too much. I sometimes have no choice but to use a delivery service just wish instacrt wasn't the only one .

  • the app is good, convenient and so far the item i buy is complete but the delivery charges is expensive.. you need to pay an extra $15-20 for the delivery and they even deduct higher amount than the amount listed.. it happen to me twice for 3 times i had used the app.. for the 1st time my bill is $52 including the charges but it deduct $60 in my account.. the 2nd one is my bill was $86 dollar including the charges but they deduct $100 in my account.. please fix the issue.. looking forward to it

  • Horrible customer service. I was not notified that my membership would be renewing, then when I noticed I was charged and reached out via chat they were no help and couldn't care less. I was one day past when I could get a refund and they wouldn't offer anything or try to help in any way. You lost a customer for good, will never use again.

  • No extra effort on all items. For ex: cake or muffin mix, when my order included birthday candles.. I ended up having to go to the store to get cake mix, I would have taken an alternative if it had been offered. No chat, just a refund to approve. And I did have a substitute listed that appears to have been ignored. It appears shoppers are performing multiple orders all the time and don't have time to make extra efforts. This has been the same on my last several orders. And I always tip 20% plus

  • I haven't found a better alternative, but there are so many things I hate about Instacart: - they charge you so many different ways - what arrives doesn't always match what I was billed for - one plumb is the same as a case of drinks towards the order size limit and they don't tell you how far over you are - items are ordered at random in your buy again list and you can't remove items from it - I get piles of reusable bags with no way to reuse them - ringing the doorbell when dropping off grocer
