  • In 2 weeks they did not refund a canceled order and they delivered an order with 2 missing items. Not contact point to their support. I already raised the issue in their no so friendly support using the app. After 2 days (only for the second order with missing item) they contacted me and the support said nothing they can do. This app is a scam. Not using it anymore. Already scammed me for around 200 dirham.

  • Terribly bad experience. They always make wrong delivery. Last time they gave me an order which is for a different customer and less value. I took all necessary photos and details and asked for help in customer service. They acknowledged their mistake but they kept on dodging saying case is resolved but I never got my refund. Do not support this kind of company, not True to their policy. To those who got similar cases, do not think twice and also report to Consumer Protection.

  • I had to "Add a new card" 6 times before I could make an order. Every time upon adding, the application displays some message (such as "remove bank-related promo"), and when I ack it, it doesn't save card info and I have to add it again. I also had to add my address several times. Upon creating my account, I've added home address and saved it. But when created first order, the app hasn't suggested to pick among saved addresses.

  • One of my go-to apps, but it used to be better before. Now the app has too many glitches, such as emptying out your cart on its own accord, which can be very annoying. The discount vouchers you redeem with your points also don't always work, and I have had to approach customer service multiple times to use them. Even some compensations that Talabat gives you for long delays suddenly disappear, and you can never use them anymore. The refund option has also become a bit more annoying.

  • Talabat are masters of petty malicious policies that don't justify what they lose in customer trust. Here are some examples: 1. The separation between grocery vouchers and food vouchers and moreover grocery vouchers don't work on their own Talabat mart. 2. A reward program for which the only reward is free delivery but with no effect on "service fees". 3. The fees they charge the restaurants make them hike prices compared to ordering from them directly. 4. Can't combine cash and Talabat pay.
