The issues that I have faced during the uses of this app. Basically the interface issues. It's like a web a lot of things are flashing at the same time and the Second issue that I have face during the Newspaper reading. Every part of news paper reading you will see that the end writing or letters written on the edge is. Isn't clearly visible and when you tries to zoom them. It suddenly changes over to next page. If these issues will be resolved. I will surely rate it again.

New version is better than previous one but the language selction section should have two seperate toggles, one for selction of language for the app and another for selection of language for the content and channels. When english is selected no hindi channels are visible in live section and vice versa when hindi is selected. Also 'picture in picture' stops working as soon as app is minimized, it should keep on working when app is minimized. It increases multitasking aspect of the app.

I hate it. Though the app has a good looking interface, the old app, Jiomags, was much better. Jiomags was simple, smooth, and rendered mags more vividly than Jionews. And this is the main reason I hate it for. I don't need a handsome interface, just make it easy to use. More Importantly, please improve on picture quality in magazines. Also provide option ro read in Landscape.

A good initiative by Jio. A lot of magazines and newspapers are available for reading. However its quite difficult to read a particular article or section as the area cannot be fully enlarged and auto rotate does not work most of the time. If you really want to give subscribers a good reading experience then please enable zoom on a particular article and enable auto rotate too.

Wrost experience in newspaper reading with new update. Text zoom for corner and left or right side content is not properly working, specially from mobile reading. Why can you ignore this basic issue. Old app zoom and reading experience was perfect. Nothing changed till now. Why are you respond on user review, if you can't value to user feedback. Can you do anything to resolve the issue.

Although i loved the details of news content , magazines and other stuff but the things that irritates me is that the news fleshes in notification bar are not to the point , it carries alot of suspense and one person couldn't get what's the news just by looking in notification bar...also this app is very slow and over that a video automatically play when you try to open any news item ,it is quit time consuming and irritating as well .... Looking forward to see improvement ...Thank you...
